  Terms and Conditions

1. Voucher must be purchased immediately after booking of slot via https://www.kimage.com.sg/book-an-appointment. Minimum of 3 day advanced booking required. Voucher purchased can only be used 3 days later. 
2. Surcharge of $10 applies to hair length at the mid back level and $20 surcharge for hair length not exceeding the waist.
3. Maximum hair length for Junior Stylist service is at the mid-back. 
4. All of the above services must be done together on the same customer in the same service.
5. Cancellations or changes after booking is scheduled is not allowed
6. Package purchased valid for 30 days from date of purchase. 
7. Not valid with other discounts / promotions.
   
   
   
   

   Our e-vouchers are the easiest way to gift or plan a salon experience at any Kimage branch. Here's everything you need to know, from purchase to appointment.

   1. Purchasing Your E-Voucher

   E-vouchers are sold directly through our online store. Simply add the voucher to your cart and check out using any of our accepted payment methods. Once your payment is confirmed, our team will create a Kimage Profile for you with your mobile number and tag your eVoucher to your profile. 

   A purchase confirmation will be sent within 5 minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

   2. Booking Your Appointment

   Your e-voucher is not a confirmed booking. To schedule your appointment, please contact us directly:

   Appointments are subject to stylist and slot availability, so we recommend booking as early as possible.

   3. Voucher Validity

   Each e-voucher has a validity period stated in the product description at the time of purchase, generally for 30 days. Please book and redeem your voucher before the expiry date, expired vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.

   We recommend booking well in advance so you have a good choice of dates and stylists.

   4. Branch & Stylist Use

   Unless stated otherwise in the voucher description, e-vouchers are redeemable at any Kimage Salon branch in Singapore. Specific stylist requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please discuss stylist preferences when making your booking.

   5. Transferability

   E-vouchers may be gifted to another person. Please reach out to us via email at enquiry@kimage.com.sg if you would like to transfer the voucher. Vouchers cannot be split across multiple visits or combined with other vouchers or promotions unless explicitly stated.

   6. Changes & Cancellations

   If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the voucher being forfeited.

   7. Refunds
